How to use: Add 1/4 tsp of Blue Spirulina to your raw creations to turn them a beautiful shade of blue. Be cautious when using it in cooked recipes, as the color tends to fade when expose to heat. For baked blue creations, mix with Blue Matcha.

I usually don't impulsively buy thing, but I love experimenting with food. So when I saw the colorful food ideas on instagram, I decided to get some blue spirulina. The stuff is awesome. I prepped a batch of mocktails for a dinner party and people loved it. Although the health benefits of spirulina are well known, it doesn't have a flavor, but I love how you can color food and drinks with it all naturally. Will order again.
