Layered Matcha Spirulina Smoothie

No need to get the layers perfect on this smoothie because the combined flavors taste delicious together. Serve with coconut whipped cream for a little extra decadence.

INGREDIENTS

Blue Layer:

¼ cup coconut cream

1 tsp agave syrup

1 tsp blue spirulina

½ frozen banana

Green layer:

½ cup coconut cream

½ frozen banana

1 tsp agave syrup

1 tsp matcha power

Strawberries, for garnish

Coconut whipped cream

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend blue layer ingredients in a blender. Pour into glass then place glass in the freezer. Wash out blender and mix green layer. Add to same glass then top with coconut whipped cream and garnish with strawberries.
